Contributing to the compact design and low center of gravity of the device.
The SDA shape is a compact ball screw with a ball retainer that employs an end cap circulation method.
Contributing to the extension of equipment lifespan and reduction of takt time.
The SBKH type ball screw with ball retainers is a ball screw that enables high load capacity and high-speed use (up to 92 m/min). It combines the high load performance of our HBN type high-load ball screw with ball retainers and the high-speed performance of the SBK type high-speed ball screw.
Achieved a DN value of 210,000 (realizing a maximum feed speed of 200 m/min).
The SBK type high-speed ball screw with ball retainers is a large lead ball screw designed to eliminate collisions and mutual friction between balls, thereby improving grease retention. As a result, it achieves low noise, high speed, and long-term maintenance-free operation. Furthermore, the ideal circulation structure that scoops the balls in the tangential direction (see Figure 2) enables high-speed use at a DN value of 210,000. (*DN value = ball center diameter × revolutions per minute)
Realization of electric drive for devices used in high-load areas.
The HBN type ball screw with ball retainer is an optimal ball screw for use under high load conditions, designed to eliminate mutual friction and collisions between balls during high-load movement, improve grease retention, and enhance lubrication performance. Additionally, the adoption of the ball retainer enables longer lifespan, reduced noise, and lower torque fluctuations under high load conditions. Furthermore, it allows for use at a DN value of 130,000 (compared to the previous 70,000) due to a ball circulation method suitable for high-speed use.
Nut rotation ball screw unit with a ball screw nut and support bearing integrated into a single structure.
The rotary ball screw is a nut-rotating ball screw unit where the ball screw nut and support bearing are integrated into a single structure. The support bearing is an angular bearing with a contact angle of 60° and a high number of balls, providing significant axial rigidity. The BLR type is available in specifications for precision ball screws and rolled ball screws.
An ideal circulation structure that scoops the ball in the tangential direction.
The SBK type ball screw with ball retainers eliminates collisions and mutual friction between balls and improves grease retention by incorporating ball retainers between the balls. As a result, it achieves low noise, low torque variation, and long-term maintenance-free operation. Furthermore, the ideal circulation structure that scoops the balls in the tangential direction enables high-speed use at a DN value of 160,000. (Note: DN value = ball center diameter × revolutions per minute) The preloading method adopts a phase difference between the two rolling grooves of the nut, resulting in a shorter and more compact overall length of the ball screw nut compared to the double nut type with spacer preloading.
Achieved a permissible DN value of 130,000 and improved the strength of the circulation section.
The SBN type high-speed ball screw with ball retainers eliminates collisions and mutual friction between the balls, and improves the retention of lubricants by installing ball retainers between the balls. This has resulted in reduced noise, excellent torque characteristics, and long-term maintenance-free operation.
Ball screw SBN type with ball retainer now available in shaft diameters of 16 to 32 mm.
The SBN type high-speed ball screw with ball retainers eliminates collisions and mutual friction between the balls, and improves the retention of lubricants by installing ball retainers between the balls. This results in reduced noise, excellent torque characteristics, and long-term maintenance-free operation. The return piece creates an ideal circulation structure that scoops the balls in the tangential direction, enhancing the strength of the circulation section and achieving a permissible DN value of 130,000. (Note: DN value = ball center diameter × revolutions per minute) The preloading method adopts an offset preload method that shifts the lead at the center of the nut. As a result, the overall length of the nut is shorter and more compact compared to the double nut type. Additionally, as an option for long-term maintenance-free operation, a lubrication device for ball screws (QZ) developed for this purpose, as well as a wiper ring that prevents foreign matter from entering the inside of the nut even in harsh environments, have been standardized.
